Sub-Saharan Africa faces a structural resilience crisis: rural populations depend on natural systems that are being degraded faster than conventional conservation and infrastructure models can stabilise them. This structural failure is not ecological — it is economic.

The capital required to maintain these systems exists. What has never existed is a cash-flow architecture that makes their preservation viable and attractive to capital markets and governments. Posaidon Climate Venture Partners founding purpose and performance culture was built to engineer that architecture.

Our concept is to pioneer regenerative infrastructure-based landscape asset management – to design and develop infrastructure assets that build free cash flows, structurally deployed to finance significant landscape-scale climate adaptation and biodiversity conservation across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Our founding team brings 30 years of operating experience at the forefront of landscape restoration, carbon markets and conservation enterprise in Sub-Saharan Africa — a track record that has convinced us regenerative infrastructure is critical to delivering productive, climate-resilient landscapes that conserve natural capital.

We work with land land managers and owners in landscapes of high conservation and restoration value experiencing substantial and sustained environmental degradation to address these threats. Working with key local stakeholders and government, we deploy financing into the conservation and restoration of these protected areas and surrounding landscapes, which ensures net positive environmental and social benefits are generated and distributed equitably.
